After their intimate wedding in Udaipur, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna performed Gruh Pravesh and Satyanarayan Vrat Puja at their new house in Thummanapeta, Telangana. On this occasion, Vijay announced scholarships for class 9th and 10th students in 44 government schools of Achampet division of Nagarkurnool district through Deverakonda Charitable Trust. Earlier, the couple had reached Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam to seek blessings. A grand reception will be held in Hyderabad on March 4, which will be open only to invited guests due to security reasons.

On Monday, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna performed Gruhapravesh and ‘Satyanarayana Vratam’ puja at their new house in Thummanapeta, Telangana. During the meeting with the fans, Vijay announced scholarships for class 9th and 10th students of 44 government schools through Deverakonda Charitable Trust. His mother Madhavi Deverakonda looked emotional and proud after the announcement. Rashmika Mandanna and her brother Anand Deverakonda appreciated the initiative while the audience present applauded loudly. Vijay said, “I have a house and land in my village and now I will come to the village regularly.”

Vijay-Rashmika took blessings in Tirumala, met fans
Soon after the marriage, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna went to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams to seek blessings for the beginning of their new life. Both of them warmly met the fans in the temple premises and distributed sweets to the devotees. His simplicity and familiarity is being appreciated a lot on social media.

Vijay and Rashmika will host a grand wedding reception in Hyderabad on March 4. His team clarified in an official statement that due to security reasons the ceremony will be completely invite-only. The couple said, “Your safety and happiness means everything to us. We are deeply grateful for your blessings and support and request you to cooperate with us in keeping this celebration safe and happy.” The reception will be attended by members of the Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada film industries and distinguished leaders from the political-administrative world. Recently the couple has also invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.
