Police shot a Sikh man in Los Angeles, USA, killing him. He was doing Gatka on the middle road. The police prevented him from waving a sword, but he did not agree. A video of this incident has been released.

Its video footage has now been released by Lapd (Los Angeles Police Department). The US police have claimed that 35 -year -old Gurpreet Singh had a sword near Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles’ downtown. He refused to obey the police and tried to attack the police. Due to this, he was shot.
On July 13, police shot Sikh youth
The incident occurred on the morning of 13 July. Police received information that a person was waving a 2 -foot -tall blade on passers -by at a busy intersection near Olympic Bulleward. In the bodycam footage released by LAPD, a Sikh person can be seen wearing vest, shorts and blue turban. He waves the sword in the middle of the road.

Police officials repeatedly asked him to drop the sword down. However, he denied and cut his tongue with the sword. As soon as the police moved towards him, he threw a bottle and tried to run away sitting in his car. Being behind the police, he kept driving randomly and hit several vehicles on the way, then stopped. During this time he kept waving the sword from his car’s window. The police claim that when the person attacked him with a sword, he fired. After this, the Sikh person was taken to the hospital. Where he later died after being shot.
