Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple: Whenever the Indian cricket team is playing a series at home, it definitely visits temples at different venues. Team India captain Suryakumar Yadav and head coach Gautam Gambhir reach the big temples of every city to seek blessings. Same thing was seen before Thiruvananthapuram T20 also. Six players of Team India including Suryakumar Yadav reached Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple located in Thiruvananthapuram. All the players had darshan of the Lord in traditional costumes and then got pictures clicked with the fans and the temple administration. However, during this time Suryakumar Yadav did something which is going viral on social media.
Suryakumar Yadav caught Rinku Singh
When Team India players were getting photos clicked with the temple administration people at Shri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Rinku was standing far behind. Rinku was not visible. After this this player started leaving from there. Then Suryakumar Yadav caught him. Surya held his hand and led him forward. Rinku Singh started laughing during this time. It seemed as if Rinku Singh was avoiding getting the photo clicked but Captain Surya caught him. Let us tell you that apart from Suryakumar Yadav-Rinku Singh, Varun Chakraborty, Akshar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav and Ravi Bishnoi had come to visit the temple. Apart from these, people from the support staff of Team India were also with the players.

Why is Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple special?
Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple is very ancient. According to historians, this temple was built in the 8th century. In some beliefs it is also said to be from the 5th century. This temple is considered to be 1300 years old. Let us tell you that in the year 2011, on the orders of the Supreme Court, 5 out of 6 vaults of the temple were opened, where countless gold and silver coins, diamonds and jewels, gold idols, thrones, crowns and ancient objects were found. The property found in open vaults is said to be around Rs 1.5 lakh crore.

As far as T20 series is concerned, Thiruvananthapuram T20 is very special for Team India. Team India has won the series but had lost in the last match.
