Video: Lamborghini performs high speed stunt on Bengaluru’s MG Road, owner booked

New Delhi: A Lamborghini owner was booked after performing stunts at the Anil Kumble Circle on MG Road in Bengaluru.  The car was seen going dangerously around the circle in the early hours of Saturday, according to the Bengaluru Police.

Car turned busy junction into a stunt zone: Police

According to the police, the Lamborghini was seen doing stunts and being driven around the busy intersection at around 2-3 am on Saturday. The car driver had turned the road into a stunt zone, said officials. The car was seen drifting dangerously, thus risking the lives of other drivers and commuters on the road, they added.

The act was caught on CCTV cameras installed around the area and was also witnessed by several commuters, said a report in NDTV.

The Cubbon Park police registered a complaint against the vehicle owner. He has been booked under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Motor Vehicles Act. He has been charged with reckless driving, said officials.

The police are now trying to identify the person behind the wheels at the time of the incident, reported NDTV. They are trying to ascertain whether the owner himself was driving the vehicle, or was it someone else who was driving.

Video goes viral

Meanwhile, even as investigations into the matter continue, the 11 second video clip of the Lamborghini performing stunts on the busy road has gone viral. Onlookers are seen cheering for the driver, before the car speeds away.

One may recall that in February this year, a Lamborghini Revuelto caused a major accident in Uttar Pradesh Kanpur. The car being driven at high speed rammed into an autorickshaw, a motorcycle and then hit a pole. This accident had left 6 people injured. The car was being driven by the tobacco tycoon’s son, Shivam Mishra. This case had caused considerable uproar across the country.

The Lamborghini incident from Bengaluru comes at a time when several high-end luxury vehicles, being driven either by minors or even legal-age drivers have caused several accidents in cities across India. Apart from the Kanpur case, in 2025, a 23-year-old law student rammed his vehicle into several vehicles while being drunk. The accident led to the death of a woman and left 8 people injured.
