VFS Global has confirmed that its Visa Application Centre in New Delhi has been relocated to a new address. The change takes effect on January 12, 2026, and affects several popular European destinations, as well as the UK and Ireland.

New Address for Schengen Visa Applications

From January 12, 2026, Schengen visa applicants will need to visit the new centre at:

VFS Global House
27, Kasturba Gandhi Marg
Connaught Place
New Delhi – 110001

This location will handle visa applications for the following countries:

  • Croatia
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • Iceland
  • Malta
  • Norway
  • Slovenia
  • Sweden

If you have an appointment on or after January 12, 2026, this is the address you should head to.

Passport Collection: Temporary Arrangement Explained

Here’s the part many travellers miss.

  • Until January 16, 2026: Passport collection will continue at Shivaji Stadium Metro Station.
  • From January 19, 2026: Passport collection will move permanently to the new Kasturba Gandhi Marg address.

What this really means is that, for a short period, visa submission and passport collection may happen at different locations. Planning ahead will save you a second trip across the city.

UK and Ireland Visa Centre is Also Moving

The change does not stop with Schengen visas.

The UK & Ireland Visa Application Centre in New Delhi will also shift to VFS Global House, KG Marg, starting January 12, 2026.

From that date, no services will be available at the old location. Anyone turning up there will need to travel to Connaught Place instead.
