New Delhi: Parliament on Friday gave its final approval to the Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) Bill, 2025, with the Rajya Sabha clearing the legislation hours after it was passed by the Lok Sabha. The bill’s passage came amid loud opposition protests and repeated demands for it to be referred to a parliamentary standing committee.
