Vaibhav Suryavanshi Batting: Last year was amazing for Vaibhav Suryavanshi. He established his dominance in whatever tournament or series he played. From scoring a century in the IPL to creating color on the pitches of Australia and England, Vaibhav Suryavanshi achieved a lot. Vaibhav Suryavanshi also became the youngest player to achieve all those achievements. But they say that the pain still remains. Only that pain remains. In the new year 2026, Vaibhav Suryavanshi will try his best to fulfill that pain.
What is that pain of Vaibhav Suryavanshi, which is also Guru’s dream?
The big thing is that the pain left by Vaibhav Suryavanshi last year is also the dream of his guru. Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s guru i.e. his childhood coach Manish Ojha, told TV9 Hindi about one of his wishes related to Vaibhav. He said that last year was a blast for his disciple Vaibhav Suryavanshi. He achieved a lot. Just a double century left.
The pain will be over in 2026 – Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s coach
Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s coach told TV9 Hindi that after coming close to a double century twice last year, Vaibhav missed completing it. Once in Under-19 cricket, where he was out for 177 runs during the Asia Cup match and second time in Vijay Hazare Trophy, where he was out for 190 runs in the match against Arunachal Pradesh. Coach Manish Ojha has expressed hope that Vaibhav Suryavanshi can be seen completing the quest of double century which was left last year in 2026.
Hope related to Vaibhav on South Africa tour
Manish Ojha further said that he would be happy if Vaibhav Suryavanshi is seen making his dream of a double century come true in the Under-19 World Cup to be held during or after the South Africa tour. The Indian Under-19 team’s South Africa tour is starting from January 3. Vaibhav Suryavanshi is also the captain of the Indian Under-19 team on the South Africa tour. Coach Manish Ojha has also expressed hope from his disciple for better captaincy in South Africa.
