He has taken this decision keeping in mind the upcoming important cricket tournaments ahead of the 10th exam. Now, the school principal has given a shocking reaction after the exam was abandoned at the last minute. Earlier when Vaibhav was ready to appear for the exam, the principal had said that he would not get any VIP treatment, but now he has caught everyone’s attention by making a shocking statement.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi is a student of Podar International School, Bihar and the Class 10 CBSE annual examinations are to be held from February 17 to March 11. Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who was ready with the admission ticket to take the exam, turned back at the last moment and did not appear in the exam on the first day. Now Podar International School Principal NK Sinha has confirmed his absence in the first day’s examination.

‘Vaibhav Suryavanshi has not come for today’s exam. He did not reach the exam center today. As per CBSE rules, we have marked him absent. We were hopeful that he would come for the exam today. But, he has bigger responsibilities. Maybe they have a cricket match or practice. I am sure he will definitely take the exam next time,’ said Sinha, principal of Podar International School.

Under-19 World Cup hero Vaibhav Suryavanshi
In the ICC Under-19 World Cup tournament held just a few days ago, Vaibhav Suryavanshi played an important role in making the team champion by scoring the most runs for India. In the Under-19 World Cup, he played seven matches for India and scored 439 runs at a batting average of 62.71, which included one century and three half-centuries. In the final against England, Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored an explosive 175 runs in just 80 balls with the help of 15 fours and 15 skyscraper sixes. 14 year old Vaibhav won the title of ‘Man of the Match’ in the final match and ‘Man of the Series’ in the Under-19 World Cup.
Now Vaibhav Suryavanshi is getting ready to play for Rajasthan Royals team in the upcoming 2026 IPL tournament. This time Rajasthan Royals team will be captained by Riyan Parag. Last season, Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who made his IPL debut at the age of 13, caught everyone’s attention by scoring 252 runs with a century in just 7 matches for Rajasthan Royals. Vaibhav had created a unique record of being the youngest cricketer to score a century in IPL by scoring a century in just 35 balls against Gujarat Titans.
