Parul Kashyap, a resident of Indira Nagar in Uttar Pradesh Kelkhanau, has made serious allegations against Mohammad Nazil and his family. Parul says that Nazil had befriended Nazil at the time of high school, after which his exploitation started.
He lodged a complaint with the police and said that Nazil and his family forced him several times, assaulted him and pressured him to convert.
Trying to strangle and threats
Parul said that on the morning of 4 April 2025, Nazil tried to strangle her. This was not the first time he had attacked him. He had earlier threatened him that if he protested or told anyone, he would kill the whole family.
Used to rape alcohol and korex
In the complaint, Parul said that Nazil used to feed him and his minor daughter Twinkle. He raped her in a state of intoxication. He also alleged that he used to do wrong acts with his daughter.
Forced conversion and marriage pressure
According to Parul, Nazil and his family forced him to adopt Islam. He was asked to offer prayers and eat meat. On protesting, he was kidnapped and imprisoned in the house. Parul married Nazil in Natuva on 18 August 2020 due to fear and social pressure. This marriage also happened when Nazil threatened to make her nude video viral.
Harassment continued even after marriage
Parul alleges that Nazil’s behavior did not change even after marriage. He used to bring call girls with his friends to the house and beat Parul. Not only this, his brother Adil and Qadir are also accused of trying to force.
Opposition and unemployment of earnings
Parul said that his daughter Twinkle was born on 21 January 2022. When Parul started a job to take up the responsibility of the family, Nazil opposed him and did not work himself. On the night of 14 July 2024, she pressed Parul’s neck and beaten with a walker, causing her to faint.
Access to justice from administration
Now Parul has appealed to the administration to take strict action against Nazil, his brother Qadir, Adil and relative Mohammad Salim Ghazi. Parul has also presented medical reports and photographs as evidence with his complaint.
