UPTET teacher’s earnings are not limited to just basic pay. Many types of allowances are added to this, which include-
- HRA (House Rent Allowance)
- DA (Dearness Allowance)
- Other government facilities are included.
Only after adding all these, the salary reaches Rs 37,000 to Rs 45,000. Although there are some deductions like TDS and GIS, the in-hand amount still remains good.
