Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show: UPITS doubled its identity in the business world in three years. The third edition of 2025 will include more than 2500 exhibitors, 5 lakh visitors and 500 foreign buyers, which will further strengthen UP’s global identity.
The Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) has strengthened its size, influence and global identity in just three years. In the journey of 2023 to 2025, the ever increasing number of exhibitors, visitors and foreign buyers is evidence that UP has now become a new hub of international trade and investment. The event, which started on the initiative of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has now become the biggest platform to put industrial, agriculture and cultural strength of the state in front of the world. The third edition of this year will be held from 25 to 29 September at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida.
2023: First event got confidence
The first edition of UPITS was in 2023, inaugurated by President Draupadi Murmu. The event attracted 70 thousand B2B visitors and 2.37 lakh B2C Visitors. Around 1914 exhibitions and 400 foreign buyers participated. This made a strong start to connect UP to the global trade world.

2024: Second edition extends scope
The event was inaugurated by Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar in 2024. This time the number of B2B visitors reached above 1 lakh, while the B2C visits crossed 3 lakhs. 2122 exhibitors and more than 350 foreign buyers participated in it. The event proves that UPITS has now become a major trade platform of international level, not only national.
2025: New flight from third edition
Now it’s the turn of the third edition, which will be much larger and attractive than both previous events. The goal of the organizers is to come to over 5 lakh visitors this time. It will include 2.5 lakh B2B and 3 lakh B2C visitors. The number of exhibitors is expected to reach more than 2500 and the number of foreign buyers above 500. For this, special meeting hall and QR code based app registration has been provided. This version will prove to give UP a more strong identity on the international trade map.
