In the video, a young man, who was chasing a woman wearing a burqa, was seen forcing her as soon as she entered the street. The woman tried her best to save herself and when she shouted loudly, the accused ran away.
Now Moradabad Police has achieved great success in this sensational case. The accused has been identified as Adil, a compounder in a private nursing home. Police arrested him after an encounter last night, where he was shot in the leg.

Police came into action as soon as the video went viral
As soon as the incident went viral, the Moradabad police showed readiness and identified the accused based on the video. Due to the case being very sensitive, the police not only filed a case but also activated special teams for the arrest of the accused.

Encounter during patrol, accused caught with illegal weapon
Last night, police were on drone checking and regular patrol in the city. Meanwhile, he tried to escape when a suspected youth stopped, after which the police encounter him. In retaliation, Adil was shot in his leg and was immediately admitted to the hospital. Illegal weapons have also been recovered from him.
Accused in hospital apologizes to SP
When City SP Rannvijay Singh reached the hospital on the information of the case, Adil saw him and grabbed his ear and started apologizing. He said, “Now I will never do this, forgive me once.” But the police has made it clear that there will be no softening in such a serious crime.
SP City’s statement: Strict action fixed
City SP Ranvijay Singh said,
“The accused of indecent act with the woman was identified on the basis of video. The investigation was registered and an encounter was done during the patrol, in which he was shot in the leg. He was shot in the leg. Illegal weapons have been found from the accused. Along with departmental action, legal action is being strictly taken.”
