New Delhi: Parking a car turns deadly in Uttar Pradesh’s Farrukhabad after a 70-year-old woman was crushed to death by a Mahindra Thar car. The car was being driven by her grandson, and it suddenly reversed from the parking area after he did not put the handbrake. The incident took place on Thursday around 8:30 pm.
The CCTV footage of the incident shows a man parking his Thar as an elderly woman opens the house gate, making way for the SUV. The woman was standing outside the house and was holding the door when the SUV rolled in. She first closed the left side of the gate and then the right.
And as she was locking the door, the Thar surged backwards and pushed her out of the house and continued reversing until it hit a wall. The woman got crushed in between.
