UP PET Exam 2025: Railways gifts, 4 special trains declared for students. Pet Exam Special Trains Lucknow Gorakhpur Lakhimpur

PET Exam Special Trains Lucknow: Railways have made special arrangements for the PET exam to be held in Uttar Pradesh in September. Special trains will run on Lucknow Junction-Lakhimpur and Gomtinagar-Gorakhpur routes. Crowd control and medical facility will also be made available.

During the preliminary qualifying examination (PET 2025) to be held in Uttar Pradesh in September, the Railways has geared up in view of the movement of lakhs of candidates. Keeping in mind the possibility of huge crowd at the stations during the examination days, the Northeast Railway, Lucknow division has made special arrangements. For the convenience of students, it has been decided to operate four special trains. Two of these trains will run from Lucknow to Lakhimpur and two trains from Gomtinagar to Gorakhpur.

Special train from Lucknow to Lakhimpur

  • Train No. 05031: Leaving Lucknow at 4:40 am will reach Lakhimpur at 7:30 am via Lucknow Junction via Aishbagh, Daliganj, Mohibullapur, Sitapur and Hargaon.
  • Train number 05032: Leaving Lakhimpur at 5:50 pm and will reach Lucknow Junction at 8:55 pm.

Special train from Gomtinagar to Gorakhpur

  • Train number 05028: Leaving from Gomtinagar at 7:45 pm, will reach Gorakhpur at 1:25 pm via Barabanki, Gonda, Basti and Khalilabad.
  • Train number 05027: Walking from Gorakhpur at 3:25 am, he will reach Gomtinagar at 8:15 am.

Special arrangements at Charbagh and Lucknow Junction

Additional contingents of Railway Protection Force (RPSF) will be deployed to control the huge crowd during the examination. Racks of two additional trains will be prepared at Charbagh station, which will be run immediately when needed.

Additional ticket counter and medical facility

Senior DCM Kuldeep Tiwari of Lucknow division informed that additional ticket counters will be opened at Charbagh station. Along with this, 25 employees will provide unreserved tickets through mobile phones. Medical teams will also be deployed for the convenience and safety of passengers.
