Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) has implemented this FPPCA surcharge to adjust the increased fuel cost of September 2025. Due to this, additional recovery of about Rs 264 crore is expected from consumers in just one month. This means that now every bill of yours will be heavier than before.
