Yogi Government Mission Shakti: International Girls Week started under the Mission Shakti 5.0 under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath with the ‘Driving My Dreams’ program. The innovative initiative, organized in the entire state on Friday, gave a new dimension to women’s safety, honor and self -reliance. On the first day, more than 3,000 girls registered in this program launched by the Women and Child Development Department, in which daughters from rural and urban areas participated enthusiastically. The department aims to provide free driving training to 7,500 girls in the whole month, so that they can become self -sufficient and connect with the mainstream of society.
‘Driving My Dreams’ is a strong platform to give wings to daughters’ dreams
‘Driving My Dreams’ is not only a vehicle training training, but a strong platform to give wings to daughters’ dreams. In each district, 100-100 girls selected from remote areas and women are being provided minimum one month driving course. Training is being given detailed information about road safety, traffic signs, vehicle control and women safety measures under emergency circumstances. This initiative is an important step towards providing girls in employment and self-employment opportunities as well as freedom in daily life.

Daughters from rural areas handled steering for the first time
The motivational glimpses of driving training have also come out from various districts of the state. For the first time, the daughters of rural areas took a new feeling of confidence by taking care of steering, while the students of the colleges described it as a game-changer for their career. The trainers involved in the program said that seeing the urge and enthusiasm of learning among the girls, it is clear that they will bring a big change in their lives with this initiative.
A revolutionary step to make self -sufficient
Additional Chief Secretary of Women and Child Development Department, Leena Johri said that under Mission Shakti 5.0, ‘Driving My Dreams’ is a revolutionary step to make daughters self -sufficient. This program is not limited to teaching driving only, but is a resolve to give daughters a flight of dreams. At the same time, the director of the department Sandeep Kaur said that the way the girls in the entire state enthusiastically participated in this program, it has sent a message that in Uttar Pradesh, daughters will now move forward with confidence on every path.

The message of women empowerment has been given by reaching 13.50 lakh people.
