UP International Trade Show: A record 1.25 lakh visitors came on the third day at the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show, which led to the total number of 2.65 lakhs. Digital exports and e-commerce stressed.

Uttar Pradesh Khadi Fashion Show: On Saturday, the third day of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS 2025), a record breaking crowd gathered at the exhibition site on Saturday. A total of 1,25,204 visitors made its popularity to new heights by being part of the trade show. These included 35,368 B2B and 89,836 B2C visitors. Overall, more than 2.65 lakh visitors, more than 76 thousand B2B buyers and more than 1.89 lakh B2C visitors have become part of this mega event in these three days. This proved that UPITS 2025 has now become one of the largest state-led business forums in India.

The most special achievement was the international buyer-sector meeting, which was organized by the Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO). On this platform, new paths of border support were opened and exporters from across the country including Uttar Pradesh got an opportunity to directly connect with global buyers. As a result, 288 MoUs were signed with a total commercial amount of ₹ 89 crore. It gave a clear message that Uttar Pradesh is now creating a strong identity in the international trade world.

ODOP found more than 46 thousand in pavilion

Leeds ODOP Pavilion, where 466 stalls operated, were the center of special attraction. There was a relatively modest trade on the first day, but on the second day the figures reached an unprecedented bounce. 46,005 leads were generated from 11,305 visitors and a total of ₹ 20.77 crore deals were agreed. This financial commitment was several times higher than the first day and highlighted UP’s capacity of entrepreneurship and export.

Intensive discussion on digital empowerment and export breeding

In the third day sessions, there was a thorough discussion on digital empowerment and export promotion. The session on “e-commerce: new border for Indian exports” organized by the Federation of Indian Export Organizations showed how digital platforms could bring small and medium enterprises to the global stage. Industrial Development and Export Promotion Minister Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ and MSME Minister Rakesh Sachan participated in it. Rakesh Sachan presided over the session of “Local to Global” parallel, with the strength of ODOP and its possibilities globally. He said that the government resolve that the specific product of every district should be installed on the world map and digital mediums will be maximum used for this.

More than 5.5 thousand in CM youth within three days

Business inquiry was another major attraction of the third day of CM Yuva Conclave held in UPITS 2025. This forum not only inspired the youth towards entrepreneurship but also gave an opportunity to shape their ideas. A total of 5,525 business inquiries were registered in the first three days, out of which 2,200 inquiries were revealed on the third day. During this period, 101 business-to-basic meetings were held and 39 business presidents gave the youth in front of investors and mentors. Getting 3,500 registrations in three days is proof that this platform has become a strong means of networking and investment for the youth.

Special on rural development and agro -based industries

The focus also focused on rural development and agro -based industries on the third day. The Department of Horticulture and Food Processing discussed the topic of “taking advantage of the food basket of Uttar Pradesh” and underlined the objectives of the state’s food processing industry policy-2023. Its purpose is to strengthen the industrialization of the supply chain, strengthen the farm-to-market linkage and reduce damage after harvesting. In this sequence, the fisheries department put forward the possibilities of aquatic agriculture under “Blue Revolution”. Using the huge water resources of Uttar Pradesh, the outline was presented to increase protein supply and employment generation in rural areas.

Khadi fashion shows and cultural programs made headlines

The most awaited attraction of the third day was Khadi fashion show. The event presented Khadi not only as traditional clothes, but as a symbol of modern costumes and permanent fashion. The show celebrated Khadi from ‘nation’s clothes’ to ‘fashion textile’. The program was attended by MSME, Khadi and Village Industries Minister Shri Rakesh Sachan and underlined the global importance of Khadi. The evening was filled with the colors of culture. The classical beauty of Kathak, the vibrancy of Tharu and Badhava dances and the soul singing echo of folklore mesmerized the audience. The beautiful singing of Padmashree Malini Awasthi not only gave a grand concluding day, but the entire three -day event.
