Monsoon activism in Uttar Pradesh had been continuously continuously for the past several days. According to the latest forecast of the Meteorological Department, the rain in the state will remain slow in the next four to five days, but by the end of August, the new Weather system developed in the Bay of Bengal can bring rain again.
What is the current monsoon position in UP?
Rainfall was recorded in about 30 districts of the state on Monday. Districts like Prayagraj, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur and Chitrakoot received good rains. Banda recorded 114.2 mm of rainfall, 101.6 mm in Fatehpur, 90 mm in Chitrakoot and 78.4 mm in Prayagraj. The Meteorological Department has not warned of heavy rains for Tuesday.

According to Atul Kumar Singh, senior scientist at the Zonal Meteorological Center, Lucknow, due to the impact of the current weather system to be developed in the Bay of Bengal, the rain will be slow in UP from 26 August for the next four-five days. This means that the people of the state will get relief from the strong monsoon rains for a few days.
