UP Assembly AI Training: For the first time in Uttar Pradesh Assembly, MLAs will be trained in artificial intelligence. On August 10, IIT Kanpur experts will give class, so that MLAs can make their functioning technically more smart.
Up MLA ai training: There is going to be a historical initiative in the politics of the country. Uttar Pradesh is now ready to make a big jump towards technology. The MLAs here will now take Artificial Intelligence (AI) education, that too by sitting in the assembly. This will be the first time in the country when public representatives will be trained for AI for their legislative works. On August 10, AI class will be held in the UP Assembly, in which IIT will train the experts of Kanpur.
AI will change the way to work
The purpose of this training is not only to give technical information, but it is an initiative to make MLAs more smart, effective and transparent in their actions. According to Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana, this training will be voluntary and no member has a plan to impose it compulsorily. The Speaker also informed that soon the AI based mobile app of the assembly will also be launched, which will make the works easier.

Now AI will travel speech and documents
With the arrival of AI, it will now be very easy for MLAs to track their speeches, proposals and documents. The video recording of the House will be linked to the AI-search system, so that any MLA will be able to find a special part of his old speeches immediately.
What will the MLA learn?
MLAs will be able to do the following work through AI tools:
- Estimate social and economic impact of a proposed law
- Bill drafting and comparison of laws (from home and abroad)
- Identification of legal and policy possible conflict
- Analysis of public opinion (Social Media, Petitions, Survey)
- Real time monitoring of government projects
- Smart discovery of old documents, reports and debates
IIT Kanpur will give technical knowledge
In this special class, professionals of IIT Kanpur will explain how AI can be used correctly as a public representative. This will not only help them to perform their duties better, but will also increase the quality and effectiveness of policy-making.
