Cold can spoil the New Year party
If people of UP-Bihar are planning a party or outing on New Year i.e. 31st December, then be cautious, because cold can create disturbance in it. While there is a warning of dense fog and cold in Western Uttar Pradesh till December 28, there is no possibility of the fog clearing till December 31 in some districts of Purvanchal i.e. Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. In such a situation, those having New Year party may have to face huge problems.
How will the weather be in UP-Bihar on 26th December?
According to the Meteorological Department, the next few hours are going to be very difficult for UP-Bihar. While cold wave like conditions will be created in the plains due to the icy winds and moisture coming from the mountains, fog will also create problems due to bad air. Due to dense fog in many districts of UP-Bihar on December 26, visibility will be reduced to 50 to 100 meters. In such a situation, if it is not very important, it would be better to postpone the travel. At the same time, there is a need to be more careful while driving.
Orange alert of fog in 37 districts of UP
The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert regarding dense fog in many districts of UP. These include Saharanpur, Agra, Firozabad, Kanpur Dehat, Kanpur Nagar, Mainpuri, Etawah, Auraiya, Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Prayagraj, Fatehpur, Pratapgarh, Kaushambi, Mirzapur, Jaunpur, Deoria, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Basti, Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti, Kushinnagar, Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Barabanki, Rae Bareli, Amethi and Ayodhya are included.
‘Cold-day’ in 13 districts of Uttar Pradesh
There will be ‘cold day’ like conditions in many districts of Uttar Pradesh on 26th December. That means there will be no respite from cold even during the day. These include districts of Purvanchal like Pratapgarh, Varanasi, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Ghazipur, Azamgarh, Mau, Basti, Gonda, Lakhimpur Kheri, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Sultanpur, Ayodhya.
