Ultraviolette opens 5 new showrooms in 72 hours, expanding to 17 cities across India

New Delhi: Ultraviolette is shifting gears, and it’s happening fast. The Bengaluru-based electric motorcycle brand has pulled off an aggressive expansion in India, opening five new experience centres across the country in just 72 hours. As of this week, cities like Madurai, Kolkata, Berhampore, Jaipur, and Yelahanka (Bengaluru) have joined the EV brand’s growing showroom map.

This move marks a crucial step in Ultraviolette’s wider push for FY26. With this rollout, the brand now has presence in 17 cities, including new entries into Rajasthan and West Bengal. It’s all part of a larger plan to reach 100 Indian cities over the next year. The company is also fresh off a European debut across ten countries last month.

F77 MACH 2 and SuperStreet reach more Indian roads

The latest expansion brings two of Ultraviolette’s electric motorcycles to new audiences: the F77 MACH 2 and the sportier F77 SuperStreet. These bikes have already caught attention for their performance figures and styling, but now they’re rolling out in cities that hadn’t seen them up close before.

The UV Space Stations, which is what Ultraviolette calls its showroom-service combo points, are more than just fancy display hubs. They offer test rides, customer service, access to genuine spares, and personalised delivery support. Think of them as a full-service pit stop for electric bikers.

The second outlet in Bengaluru, set up in Yelahanka, shows just how critical the brand’s hometown remains in its strategy.

Five new cities

Here’s a look at where Ultraviolette has expanded to within just three days:

  • Madurai
  • Kolkata
  • Berhampore
  • Jaipur
  • Yelahanka, Bengaluru

The company worked with regional dealer partners to set up each centre. And it isn’t stopping here; more cities are likely in the pipeline.

F77’s latest updates

The F77 series has been getting continuous updates since its first launch. Earlier this year, Ultraviolette rolled out the GEN3 Powertrain Firmware, boosting acceleration and initial throttle response. The new Ballistic+ performance setting is now available to both new and existing F77 owners, without extra cost.

The bikes now also offer features like:

  • 10-level regenerative braking
  • Hill-hold assist
  • Dynamic Stability Control (UVDSC)
  • Traction control
  • Built-in AI called Violette

Earlier upgrades had already made the F77 among the fastest electric motorcycles made in India, clocking 0 to 60 kmph in under 3 seconds. With the GEN3 update, the ride has become even sharper, especially for urban and spirited highway use.

Co-founder and CEO Narayan Subramaniam stated that this quick expansion isn’t just about opening more showrooms, but building a long-term ecosystem around service, ownership and customer satisfaction. He pointed out that expanding with quality and customer-first approach was a deliberate decision ahead of launching any new bikes.
