Russia-Ukraine is close to the ceasefire agreement

Earlier, Trump said that all the parties including Ukraine President Volodimir Jailonsky are close to the ceasefire agreement. This can end the ongoing struggle for three and a half years. He indicated that Ukraine may have to hand over an important area for this.

During a conversation with reporters at the White House, Trump indicated that the agreement would also include some exchange of land. Putin will go to America for the first time since September 2015

He last came to America in September 2015. Putin’s first visit to America as a Russian leader was in 2000. He met President Bill Clinton at the United Nations Millennium Summit. The 2015 trip was his seventh visit as the President and his eighth visit with Trump in Alaska will be his eighth visit.
