The incident happened during an emotional Instagram Live where he drove at high speed and crashed his SUV. Fans are relieved to see him conscious, but questions remain about his family fights and mental health struggles.
Hospital video update
Social media influencer Yogesh Kathuria visited Anurag Dobhal in the hospital and shared a touching video on Sunday. In the clip, Yogesh encouraged the YouTuber to smile, saying, “bhai ek smile hojaaye, dusra janam hogaya naa Anurag bhai (Brother smile please, you have got another life).” Another person wiped Anurag’s tears as he lay on the bed, showing he was awake and recovering in the ICU. The brief smile gave fans hope after the scary event.

Car crash details
The crash occurred on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway while Anurag was live on Instagram. His Toyota Fortuner SUV was speeding at 140-150 kmph as he shared his pain. He told viewers, “Log hi nahi bache hai yaar jisko phone karu (I have no one left, whom to call?), let’s go for a final ride.” Moments later, he said goodbye and crashed the vehicle. His manager confirmed Anurag was rushed to the ICU for observation.
Family disputes before crash
Days earlier, Anurag posted a ‘final YouTube video’ claiming his parents and brother Kalam Dobhal tortured him over his intercaste marriage to wife Ritika. Kalam responded publicly, calling the claims one-sided and done for views. He said Ritika left Anurag due to his actions. Anurag hit back in another Live, upset that family matters were shared online.
