CM Mohan Yadav inaugurated the shopping complex and sports complex in Atal Complex, Ujjain. Also performed the Bhoomi Pujan of the construction work of bus depot and charging infrastructure under PM E-Bus Seva Yojana.
Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Sunday inaugurated a shopping complex built at a cost of Rs 5.43 crore and a shopping complex built at a cost of Rs 28.31 crore in Atal Complex, Ujjain. Along with this, the Chief Minister also performed the Bhoomi Pujan of the construction work of the bus depot and charging infrastructure to be built at a cost of Rs 10.75 crore under the Pradhan Mantri E-Bus Seva Yojana. On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inspected the Shopping Complex and Sports Complex located at Atal Complex and appreciated the quality of the construction works.
Development of Atal Complex under Smart City Mission
Modern facilities have been developed in Atal Campus under the Smart City Mission by Ujjain Smart City Limited. Under this project, swimming pool, club house and sports complex have been constructed in the campus, which will provide better facilities for sports, health and entertainment to the citizens. While inspecting the newly constructed complex, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav described it as an important step towards the overall development of Ujjain city.
Construction of G+2 Shopping Complex in Atal Complex
G+2 Shopping Complex has been constructed in Atal Complex located near Agar Road, Gaadi Adda intersection. Special care has been taken for the facilities of citizens and businessmen in this complex.

- 27 offices have been constructed on the second floor.
This arrangement will be helpful in promoting business activities and creating local employment opportunities.
Parking, lifts and security facilities
Parking facilities for two-wheeler and four-wheeler vehicles have been provided in the complex. Lift facility has been provided from the basement parking to the second floor, which will provide convenience to the visitors. Fire extinguishers have been arranged in the complex for protection from arson. Along with this, toilet facility is also available for the visitors.
Special focus on greenery and civic amenities
Greenery has been developed on both sides of Atal Shopping Complex, so that the environment of the complex remains clean and attractive. This complex will strengthen business, urban amenities and smart infrastructure in Ujjain city.
