He had already lodged a complaint of threats, but this painful incident happened due to lack of security. The NIA filed a charge sheet against 11 accused in the case under UAPA, Arms Act and other serious sections. This includes Gaus Mohammed, Riyaz Attari and suspects associated with Pakistan.
