New Delhi: Cities like Delhi are facing growing traffic and hours of road congestion, so for the convenience and comfort people are purchasing scooty rather than bike. As in 2018 TVS introduced their Ntorq 125 which became very popular among the two wheeler buyers across India. Now TVS has come up with Ntorq 150 along two variants.
All new Ntorq 150 is gearewd up with more power with top speed more than 100kph including the TVS powered Ntorq with two riding modes and several upgrades in terms of tech including Alexa built in feature and overall look with new colour and graphics, which enhance the user experience.
Ntorq 150 build and powertrain
The TVS Ntorq 150 is powered by air cooled, 149 cc single cylinder engine motor, as compared from it’s predecessor the new Ntorq comes with bigger bore, longer stroke, a lighter piston and much more. This scooty is also combined with Starter Generator (ISG) which is capable of providing a small electric boost a couple of times every minute to boost overall output.
Talking about the engine and powertrain it can provide 13.2hp at 7,000rpm and 14.2Nm of torque at 7,000rpm, of which 0.7Nm comes from the ISG. while the previous version have kick start the new 150 doesnt get it, i think which is negative point in this scooty because sometime while riding in monsoon season while water blockage is major problem in cities like Delhi, while water goes inside the silencer you definitely need a kick start because at that time the self-start doesn’t help you out in that situation.
The Ntorq features 12 inch alloy wheels and a bigger main frame to strengthen the scooty, it has two riding modes including street and race with traction control and a single-channel ABS. for the street mode throttle response and tempers down the peak power output to 10.9hp. While the race mode delivers the full 13.2hp. It also features a parking brake and 22 liters of underseat capacity along a USB port beneath the seat.

Ntorq 150 features
If we talk about soft feature the new Ntorq is equipped with connectivity features by which you can connect your smartphone or smartwatch to the display via TVS’ app and get access to the features like Alexa integration, geo-fencing, bluetooth connectivity for call and notifications as well as music playback, SoS trigger, crash alerts and much more. However all these features are only available in the top end variant which is fitted with a five inch colour TFT display same as in TVS Apache RTR 310 with the same switchgear also. While the base variant uses an LCD display which was used in Jupiter 125 SXC with simpler switchgear borrowed from the Apache 160/200 models.
Ntorq 150 Price and Variants
The TVS Ntorq 150 is available in two different variants including standard and TFT, the price for standard model is Rs. 1.19 lakh and for the TFT variant is Rs. 1.29 lakh
