He said that blood pressure or heart medicines are given to maintain a balance in the body, so that there is not much pressure on the heart, but it is not necessary that they are taken forever, you can reduce your dependence on medicines by keeping the lifestyle right. In some cases they can also be abandoned, but it depends on what is the age of the person and how is his food to lifestyle. It is not as easy to leave medicines in elderly people, but young people can reduce dependence on medicines by keeping their routine right.
