Auspicious time for Tulsi Vivah 2025 (Tulsi Vivah 2025 Shubh Muhurat)
According to the Vedic calendar, the Dwadashi tithi of Shukla Paksha of Kartik month is happening on 02 November at 07:31 am. This date will end on November 03 at 05:07 am. In such a situation, Tulsi Vivah will be performed on 02 November this year.
Tulsi Mata’s makeup
- Decorating Mother Tulsi is the most important part of Tulsi Vivah.
- On this day especially Mother Tulsi should be decorated like a bride.
- First of all, the pot or place of Tulsi should be cleaned thoroughly.
- Then it should be purified with holy water.
- After this, Tulsi Mata should be dressed in red or yellow colored saree.
- Then Maa Tulsi should be decorated with chunri, bangle, nose ring, maang tikka, necklace, bracelet, bindi, flowers, waistband and other light jewellery.
- Beautiful rangoli should be made around them.
- Then the lamp should be lit.
Importance of Tulsi Vivah
According to beliefs, Tulsi marriage increases happiness, prosperity and good fortune in the house. Whoever organizes Tulsi marriage in his house gets the blessings of Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi.
