Tulsi Pujan Diwas Puja Vidhi
– On 25th December, Thursday, wake up early in the morning, take bath and take water and rice in hand and take a pledge to fast and worship. Follow the rules of fasting throughout the day. Collect the puja materials at one place and start the puja as per your wish at any auspicious time mentioned above.
– First of all, offer garland and flowers to the Tulsi plant and then light a lamp of pure ghee. After this, offer ingredients like kumkum, rice, gulal, roli abeer etc. one by one. With folded hands, salute Tulsi and revolve around it 7 times. While doing parikrama, chant the following mantra-
Vrinda Vrindavani Vishwapoojita Vishwapaavani.
