The victim student told the police that he studies in a tuition center located in Munirka village. On the evening of October 6, when he told about not completing the homework, teacher Anand Kumar got angry. He caught hold of the student and started beating him badly. Not only this, the student was taken hostage by getting a stick from the peon and was beaten even more.

Due to fear, the student did not tell the story of his beating to the family for two days. When the family interrogated him due to his ill health, the innocent boy narrated his ordeal. After this, police was immediately informed and a case was registered after getting MLC done.
