On GST reforms, Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge criticized the government, alleging that these reform elections were being brought near and under international pressure. He said that the government had earlier denied Chinese infiltration, but later the Prime Minister himself met him. Kharge insisted that India’s long -standing non -aligned foreign policy launched by Jawaharlal Nehru is being weakened. He further claimed that Prime Minister Modi’s statements about his proximity with former US President Donald Trump and then Trump’s comments have damaged both national and global atmosphere. Kharge alleged that the government is not implementing India’s foreign policy properly and taking arbitrary decisions despite the support of the opposition.
