The administration of US President Donald Trump has issued a notification related to imposing 25% additional tariffs (import duty) on goods imported from India. The US will be applicable from 27 August 2025 at 12:01 am. This means that a total of 50% tariffs will have to be given on goods going from India to America, because already 25% tariff is already applicable from 7 August.
