Amid reports that Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and former superstar Vijay and his wife Sangeetha may be heading for a reconciliation, actress Trisha once again found herself at the centre of attention.
There has been considerable speculation about Vijay and Sangeetha’s relationship in recent months. Sangeetha reportedly decided to withdraw her divorce petition from the court, leading to speculation that the couple may continue their marriage despite earlier reports that they had decided to part ways.
Amid this buzz, there was also talk that Vijay would distance himself from actress Trisha, with whom he has been repeatedly linked in rumours.
However, Trisha grabbed the spotlight on August 15 as she attended the Independence Day celebrations organised by the Tamil Nadu government. She was seated in the front row alongside Vijay’s parents and watched the proceedings. Trisha was also seen greeting officials with a smile during the event.
This is not the first time Trisha has attracted attention in connection with Vijay’s political journey. She was among the prominent guests at Vijay’s swearing-in ceremony as Chief Minister and had also become a talking point on social media at the time.
More recently, posters surfaced suggesting that Trisha could enter Tamil Nadu politics, though there has been no official confirmation regarding such a move.
