Why were the trains cancelled?
Indian Railways has canceled 8 trains as a precautionary measure in view of the dense fog expected during the upcoming winter season. Every year during winter, trains have to be canceled due to problems caused by fog. Railway passengers of Uttarakhand, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal will be affected due to the cancellation of trains by the Railways.
