Toyota Kirloskar Motor Reports 5% Growth In July Sales At 30,516 Units

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) reported domestic sales of 30,516 units in July 2026, registering a 5% year-on-year increase compared with 29,159 units sold in the same month last year. Overall sales, including exports, stood at 32,516 units for the month. The performance follows June 2026, when the company recorded total sales of 31,016 units, up 7% year-on-year, supported by growth in both domestic sales and exports.

In June, domestic dispatches rose 8% year-on-year to 28,441 units from 26,453 units, while exports increased 7% to 2,575 units from 2,416 units. Cumulative dispatches for the January-June 2026 period stood at 201,338 units, representing a 15% increase over 174,890 units recorded in the corresponding period of 2025.

The automaker’s cumulative domestic sales for the January-July 2026 period reached 233,854 units, up 13% from 207,497 units recorded during the corresponding period in 2025.

For the first four months of FY2027 (April-July 2026), TKM sold 128,746 units in the domestic market, an increase of 8% over the 119,669 units sold during the same period of the previous financial year.

Commenting on the July performance, Sabari Manohar, Executive Vice President, Sales-Service-Used Car Business, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said the company recorded steady sales during the month and highlighted the launch of the new Hilux as an addition to its SUV portfolio. In June, Manohar had attributed the company’s performance to continued demand across its passenger vehicle range, noting that the updated Innova Crysta had received steady customer interest.
