Yash’s latest film Toxic is reportedly gearing up for its digital premiere after completing its theatrical run.
The film created huge buzz before release, mainly because it marked Yash’s return to the big screen after a gap of four years. However, Toxic opened to mixed reviews from critics and audiences.
According to reports, the film’s digital rights have been acquired by ZEE5. Toxic is likely to begin streaming on the platform from September 25.
Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film features Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth in key roles.
Despite the mixed response, Toxic reportedly collected more than Rs 300 crore at the box office.
It now remains to be seen whether the film can find a stronger response from audiences after its OTT release.
