The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has cleared the English version with an ‘A’ certificate, meaning the theatrical cut is intended for adult audiences.
According to the certificate dated September 1, 2026, the film was examined by a five-member committee at the CBFC’s Bengaluru regional office before receiving certification. The English version has been certified for theatrical exhibition in colour and 2D, with English subtitles. The certification also follows the film’s positioning as a mature gangster drama despite its fairy-tale-inspired title.

The English-language cut has a runtime of 176 minutes and 52 seconds, or approximately 2 hours, 57 minutes. The applied runtime after modifications is listed as 175 minutes and 58 seconds. The CBFC certificate also notes a handful of modifications made before certification. These include the addition of statutory warnings concerning smoking and psychotropic substances, along with changes to certain instances of profanity and corresponding subtitle adjustments.
