Bhopal/Dhar. The security arrangements of the Bhojshala complex located in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh have been tightened. Since the festival of Basant Panchami and Friday prayers are on the same day on January 23, the district administration is fully alert. To avoid any untoward situation, the entire Bhojshala area has been converted into a cantonment.
Police and Rapid Action Force deployed
The administration has deployed a large number of police forces in the Bhojshala premises. Along with this, in view of the sensitive situation, Rapid Action Force (RAF) has also been deployed on the spot. The administration clearly says that maintaining law and order is its top priority.
Complete compliance with Supreme Court order
Collector and District Magistrate Priyank Mishra said that the orders of the Supreme Court will be completely followed in the matters related to Bhojshala. In this sequence, on January 22, the district administration held a meeting with both the parties and informed them about the Supreme Court order and its spirit.
Separate arrangements for both parties
The district administration has clarified that separate arrangements have been made for both the communities in the Bhojshala premises. Entry and exit routes have also been kept separate, so that there is no conflict of any kind and all activities can be conducted peacefully.
Tight security throughout the city
Collector Priyank Mishra said that security arrangements have been strengthened not only in Bhojshala but in the entire Dhar city. Police and Rapid Action Force have been deployed at every sensitive place. The main objective of administration is to ensure that law and order does not deteriorate under any circumstances.
Supreme Court’s appeal: Tolerance and harmony necessary
The Collector said that the Supreme Court has appealed to both the communities to cooperate with the administration and the state government with tolerance, harmony and mutual brotherhood. The spirit of the court clearly means that all parties should accept the decisions taken by the administration, only then can peace and harmony be maintained.
What is the basic spirit of the court order?
According to Collector Priyank Mishra, in the order of the Supreme Court, the same place has been fixed for the Hindu community, where they have been worshiping as per earlier tradition. Separate arrangements for Namaz have been made for the Muslim community.

The court order also makes it clear that the religious activities of both the communities—be it the celebration of Basant Panchami or the Friday prayers between 1 pm and 3 pm—should be conducted completely separately and without any hindrance. For this, separate space, separate entry and separate exit has been ensured for the Muslim community.
Law and order paramount: District Administration
The district administration has also informed both the communities about the routes through which they can enter and exit the complex, except in the protected memorial area. The administration says that maintaining law and order is a bigger issue than consent or disagreement, and for this everyone’s cooperation is necessary.
