Ranthambore: A video of Ranthambore National Park has gone viral, triggering anger across social media. In the clip gone viral, a tiger can be seen surrounded by safari vehicles inside the park, leaving it with no room to roam around freely.
The place resembled the traffic congestion of a city
The clip was shared by Monty, an Instagram user. A swarm of jeeps can be seen in the video, crowding a narrow stretch inside the park. As more vehicles joined, it looked like a traffic congestion in a city, instead of a safari. There was a time when people had to manually manage the flow of the vehicle, ‘The Indian Express’ reported.

The tourist in their vehicles can also be seen taking photos of the vehicle, which seems hot and nervous while seeing so many vehicles and with little space to move around. Monty uploaded the video, with the caption, “The tiger came very close, and the jeeps didn’t give the space to the Tiger in Ranthambore National Park.”
What users wrote on social media
The video attracted a lot of comments online. One of the users wrote, “The Tiger looks more civilised and mature among all these humans around.” Another added sarcastically, “The Indian forest department deserves praise for its efficient management of safari operations in India. The tiger seems to be facing a traffic jam in its own home.”
“This is the situation in all popular national parks. As soon as a tiger is spotted, 50 gypsy’s will jump on it. It’s better to tell your guide to look for other things in the forest instead of wasting time in this chaos,” another added. One user wrote, “Poor Tiger has to go through this …. And we are talking about preserving these beautiful animals. Must start doing that by respecting their space.”
