Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff has given fans a glimpse of his intense gym routine, sharing a shirtless workout video in which he can be seen lifting heavy weights during a chest-focused session.
The actor took to Instagram to post the video, showing himself performing cable flys and chest presses with heavy dumbbells. The workout also offered a glimpse of his muscular physique, which has remained a key part of his action-star image.
“No better feeling than moving some big ass dumbells #irontherapy,” Tiger captioned the post.
Tiger was last seen in Baaghi 4, the fourth instalment of the Baaghi franchise. Directed by A. Harsha in his Hindi directorial debut, the action thriller was produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and featured Tiger alongside Sanjay Dutt, Harnaaz Sandhu and Sonam Bajwa.
The film follows a grieving man who wakes from a coma and begins searching for the truth about his missing girlfriend, despite being told that she never existed. Baaghi 4 is an unofficial remake of the 2013 Tamil film Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu.
Tiger has several projects lined up, including Hitman, an upcoming high-budget action thriller in which he plays the lead. He is also set to feature in Lag Ja Gale, an action-romance project, and Lakshya.
He will also share the screen with Vidyut Jammwal for the first time in an upcoming high-octane action love story produced by T-Series and directed by Milap Zaveri. Kirti Shetty is also part of the cast.
Tiger, whose real name is Jai Hemant, made his acting debut with the 2014 action-romance film Heropanti. He subsequently starred in commercially successful action films including Baaghi, Baaghi 2 and War.
His later releases included Heropanti 2, Ganapath, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Baaghi 4. He has also appeared on Forbes India’s Celebrity 100 list in 2018 and 2019 and has released several singles as a singer.
