In this season, cabbage is seen in abundance in the vegetable market. In such a situation, it is a better option for lunch.”
But eating the same vegetable prepared in the same way again and again leads to boredom. In such a situation, you can make that vegetable with different twists. If we talk about cabbage, then not only you can make potato-cauliflower vegetable from it, but you can also make it in this way.
Ingredients required to make chilli cabbage
2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp finely chopped ginger, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic, 1 finely chopped green chili, 1 onion, 1 large chopped capsicum, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp light soya sauce, 3 tsp red chili sauce, 3 tsp green chili sauce, 2 tsp tomato ketchup, 2 tsp schezwan Sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, water as required. You can add all these ingredients as per your convenience.

Method of preparation
First of all, wash the cauliflower with water, dry it and chop it finely. Now heat water in a pan and put cabbage in it for 2 minutes. Now take it out in another bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder and corn flour on top of it. Mix it well. Keep it for 10 minutes. Now heat oil or ghee in a pan and put the cabbage in it. Fry until the color turns golden.
Now heat oil in another pan. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and cook. After this, add onion and capsicum and cook. Now add vinegar, soya sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce and tomato sauce and mix well. Now add Schezwan sauce and cornflour flour and mix it well. Now add sugar and salt in it. Now add fried cauliflower and mix. Now add finely chopped green onions or coriander leaves for garnish.

To make cauliflower curry, first of all cut the cauliflower and soak it in hot salted water. Now drain its water and keep it to dry for some time. Heat the pan, add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin, add 1 finely chopped onion. Let it cook well. After this add 2 green chillies and some curry leaves. When its color turns light brown, add 1 finely chopped tomato to it. Sprinkle salt and asafoetida. Let it cook.

When it starts releasing oil, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon Kitchen King Masala and a little water. Let it cook well. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for about 2 minutes. Then add cauliflower in it. If the base is too dry, sprinkle light water on it. Mix it well. Add salt and cover with lid and cook on low-medium flame for about 10 to 12 minutes. Keep mixing in between. When it is almost ready, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
