Actor and politician Thalapathy Vijay received an email threat on October 9 to bomb his house. On information, police searched his residence with the bomb squad. After investigation, nothing suspicious was found and the threat turned out to be false.
After South’s popular actresses Trisha Krishnan and Nayanthara, now Thalapathy Vijay’s house has received a bomb threat. Everyone is shocked to hear this news. Actually, Thalapathy Vijay received an email on October 9, in which it was said that a bomb had been planted at his residence in Neelankarai. After this he informed the police and then the house was investigated.
What is the whole matter?
Police officials said that after receiving the call, bomb squad and sniffer dogs were sent to Thalapathy Vijay’s house. After this the entire house was searched, but nothing was found. The police present at the spot said that they started the search early in the morning at around 3 am. Initially a search was conducted outside the house. Later, when Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam founder Vijay woke up, the police were allowed inside the house to search. Police say that the person who threatened to blow up the bomb will soon be identified and strict action will be taken against him.

Officials said, ‘Last month, another actor and politician S.V. Shekhar had also received a mail containing a bomb threat. Both these emails are the same. We have not been able to trace that mail ID yet.
Before Thalapathy Vijay, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Many other prominent personalities including Stalin have also received similar bomb threats. Although all these threats have been termed as rumours, Tamil Nadu Police is not taking them lightly and is seriously engaged in finding the people behind these cases, as such incidents have increased rapidly in recent times.
