Amit Ravindranath Sharma has directed this superhit film. Ayushmann Khurrana starrer a Tamil remake of this film was made named Veetla Vishesham, which was released in 2022. Boney Kapoor produced it. He has also taken the rights of Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada remake of this film. Apart from this, this film is also going to be remade in Indonesia, whose title will be Keluarga Slamet.
