The information about his return home has been given by the New Zealand team management. Lockie Ferguson left for home after the match against South Africa on 14 February. New Zealand team management said that Lockie Ferguson wants to be with his wife Emma on the special occasion of the birth of their first child.

Lockie Ferguson’s return home means that he will not be available with the New Zealand team in the last Group D match against Canada. New Zealand has to play against Canada on 17th February in Chennai.

Now Ferguson will return to Super-8
