Shweta Shah said that every woman from a new mother to a new mother should eat these things which are being done with hormonal problems. You have to eat a handful of gram, one teaspoon of ghee and a piece of jaggery. This mixture acts like a herb. If you want, you can also prepare laddus by mixing these three. For this, cook jaggery in the pot with water and add gram and ghee to it. Cool this mixture and then make laddus. These laddus can be eaten daily.

- Keep your diet balanced to cure harmonal imbalance. Include vegetables, fruits and grains in the catering.
- Avoid maximum from processed foods. Packets outside can increase your problems.
- Include anti-inflammatory foods in your diet. Make green leafy vegetables, fatty fish, olive oil, tomatoes and dry fruits a part of the diet.
- Foods such as eggs and spinach can be eaten in PCOS. Also focus on increasing your iron intake.
- Eat foods rich in magnesium such as cashews, almonds, bananas and spinach.
