Chennai real estate company Casagrande is sending 1,000 of its employees to London as part of its annual reward program. The company will bear the entire expense. So far, more than 6,000 employees have traveled abroad under this program.
New Delhi: Chennai-based real estate company Casagrande has announced that it is sending 1,000 of its employees on a week-long trip to London as part of its annual reward program called ‘Profit Share Bonanza’, the entire expense of which will be borne by the company. The company has issued an official statement. It has been told that the company has been sponsoring such trips for some years. So far, more than 6,000 employees have been evacuated to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, Spain and other countries. The company says that many employees have described these trips as experiences that changed their perspective and strengthened their sense of connection with the company.
1000 employees will visit London in different batches
The company said that the scale of this program is increasing every year. This reflects the company’s belief that its success is the result of the hard work of its employees and hence they should be celebrated with them “in the best way possible”. Real estate company Casagrande said that its office employees in India and Dubai will be taken on a London tour. The company said that more than 1,000 employees will travel to London in different batches.
The trip includes an audio-guided tour of London’s Windsor Castle, time out at Camden Market, and a gala dinner at the InterContinental London. The company will take employees to many famous places like St. Paul’s Cathedral, London Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square and later to Madame Tussauds Museum. At the end of the trip, a cruise in the River Thames will be enjoyed, from where a beautiful view of the city will be seen.
