‘They snatched away the Chief Minister’s post by placing a knife on the forehead of Congress!’ What did PM Modi say?

During a public meeting in Arrah, Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on RJD and Congress. He said that RJD snatched the Chief Minister’s post by “putting a knife on the forehead of Congress”. PM described Jungle Raj and corruption as the biggest problems of Bihar.

The politics of Bihar has once again become heated. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a public meeting in Arrah on Sunday, made a scathing attack on RJD and Congress. He alleged that the internal strife between Congress and RJD has increased to such an extent that even the announcement of the Chief Minister’s post was made “on a tight leash”. This statement of PM Modi has created a stir in the political circles.

“The post of Chief Minister was stolen by keeping a knife on the forehead of Congress”

The Prime Minister said that just a day before the withdrawal of nominations, a game of hooliganism was played behind closed doors in Bihar. He alleged that the RJD leader was declared the chief ministerial candidate by forcibly getting support from the Congress. Modi said, “Congress never wanted someone from RJD to become the chief minister, but RJD snatched away this post by threatening.”

“RJD-Congress tussle, will break each other’s heads after elections”

Prime Minister Modi claimed that the rift in the relations between RJD and Congress is deepening. He said, “Congress neither has its name in the manifesto nor its face in the campaign. The fight has increased so much that after the elections they will break each other’s heads.” Appealing to the public, he said that trusting such parties is fatal for Bihar.

“Jungleraj hollowed out Bihar”

Continuing his attack on RJD, PM Modi said, “NDA is the identity of good governance, whereas RJD’s ‘Jungle Raj’ is a symbol of misgovernance. It was the darkness which erased the identity of Bihar.” He said RJD’s rule is characterized by six ‘K’s – Katta, Cruelty, Bitterness, Bad Culture, Misgovernance and Corruption.

“The history of Congress is linked to violence and appeasement.”

PM Modi said that the identity of Congress is linked to the Sikh riots. He reminded, “In 1984, Congress leaders had massacred Sikhs. Today the same Congress is giving respect to those criminals.” He said that both RJD and Congress are trying to erase the identity of Bihar and are doing politics in support of infiltrators.

“NDA is the guarantee of good governance”

At the end of the meeting, Prime Minister Modi said that the future of Bihar lies only in development, employment and stability – and this is possible only when the people stay away from Jungle Raj and choose good governance.
