Fenugreek is a leafy vegetable available throughout the year.
Fenugreek is a vegetable which gives you perennial vegetable. You can grow it in any season. It becomes ready for harvesting every 25-30 days. To plant this plant, take a pot, which should be about 8 to 10 inches. Mix good quality soil in it, in which mix 50% garden soil + 30% cow dung + 20% sand. Now take fenugreek seeds and soak them overnight. Next day, put it in soil and press it well. Fenugreek plant needs light sunlight. In such a situation, keep the plant in a place where there is not much sunlight. Also, water only when the soil is dry. Too much watering can cause the roots to rot. The fenugreek plant grows very quickly and is ready for harvesting in 20 to 25 days.

All Season Crop Spinach
Spinach is usually seen only in winter. But you can apply it in any season. It gives you vegetables for 12 months. The spinach plant grows continuously and by harvesting it you can keep it running for months. To plant it, take a 10-12 inch pot and mix soft, crumbly and compost-rich soil in it. Now take spinach seeds and sprinkle them well in the soil. It grows very fast and becomes ready for harvesting only after 20 days. Whenever you harvest spinach, do not cut it from the roots. Rather, cut the top with scissors so that the roots spread further, this will give you more leaves.

Green chilli is also perennial
You will find green chillies in the market in every season. You can plant this plant in any season. This will give you chilli all year long. To plant it, take a 12-14 inch pot and mix soil + coco peat + compost in it. To plant chilli plant, you can bring a small plant from the nursery. Or its seeds can also be dried and sown. Chilli plant needs at least 5-6 hours of sunlight. You have to apply cow dung fertilizer to the plant every 20-25 days. The plant has started bearing fruits after 40 days.

Tomato will also give fruits throughout the year
Tomato is also used extensively in Indian homes. You will get this in the market throughout the year. There may be some difficulty in growing tomatoes in extreme heat. But if the temperature is right, it also gives a lot of fruits. You can also grow this easily at home. For this, take a 1416 inch pot and mix 40% soil + 40% cow dung manure + 20% sand in it. For this you can also bring a small plant from the nursery. Or you can dry and grow tomato seeds. Give liquid fertilizer every 15 days. Tomato plant starts bearing fruits in 5060 days.

Curry leaves are also perennial
You will find the curry leaf plant in most of the houses. This plant also remains healthy throughout the year. To plant this, bring a small curry leaf plant from the nursery and plant it in a pot 14 to 16 inches deep. For this you should use a soil with good drainage. Show the curry leaf plant 4 to 6 hours of sunlight. Keep in mind that when you plant curry leaves, give less water in the beginning. Apply fertilizer every 2530 days. This will keep new leaves coming continuously and you will be able to use them.
