In such a situation, some simple yoga asanas suggested by Baba Ramdev can be very effective in relieving headache. These asanas not only provide relief from headache but also calms the mind, improves blood circulation and also reduces mental stress. By doing these yogasanas daily, energy remains in the body and the ability to focus also increases.

Anulom-Vilom

Anulom-Vilom i.e. Nadi Shodhan Pranayam increases circulation of oxygen in the body and keeps blood pressure under control. It reduces fatigue and mental pressure in the brain.

In this, the tongue is rounded like a tube and inhaled through the mouth and exhaled through the nose. This reduces body temperature, reduces anger and stress.

winterizing

In this, the teeth are slightly opened and breath is taken in between them and exhaled through the nose. This also provides coolness to the body and peace to the mind.

It is best to do these asanas in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening in a calm environment. Initially start with 5-10 minutes and gradually increase the time. Considerable improvement in headache can be seen with regular practice.
