Travel on tickets or wrong tickets
Some people climb without tickets or use the wrong ticket to go home early in a crowd of festivals. It is a crime under Section 137 of the Indian Railway Act. Once caught, rent can be charged up to 10 times and can also be sentenced to jail.
Bear the berth
In the festive season, there are often debates and quarrels due to the possession of the seat or changing the berth. It is considered a crime under sections 155 and 156. Railway Police (RPF) can take action on the spot and arrest may occur.
Chain
Some people pull the chain of the train without joking or to offer a delay or on their destination. According to section 141, this is a crime. No emergency chain pulling may be imprisoned for up to 1 year or a fine of Rs 1,000.

If you are thinking of taking firecrackers home in Dussehra-Diwali, then be careful. According to section 164, taking things like firecrackers, gas cylinders, petrol-diesel or chemical in the train is a serious offense. If caught, there may be a jail and heavy fine of up to 3 years.
